Linden Street School recently held a “CMT Pep Rally”, to help motivate students to do well on the Connecticut Mastery Tests. Festivities included dancing, relaxation tips, healthy eating and physical fitness tips, and musical performances by students. Linden Principal Paula Eshoo read “Hooray for Diffendoofer Day” by Dr. Seuss. The book, projected on a large screen so students could see the text and pictures, reinforced the idea that the students would do well on the CMTs, that they were well prepared, and ready for the tests.
